Experience the energy of a live indoor cycling class anytime. These on-demand sessions are full recordings from the classes I teach at Club Greenwood in Greenwood Village Colorado, featuring the Intelligent Cycling or MOWL group display on screen and often layered with music videos for extra motivation. These rides are recorded on Coach By Color ICG bikes, so many cues are color-based, but I also coach with RPE, Power Zone, and RPM so anyone can follow along on any bike. There’s no video of me teaching, but you’ll hear my coaching throughout the entire ride, giving you the full class structure, music, visuals, and authentic live feel on your schedule.
